I am very disappointed with the traffic dept. in dagupan. The situation there is the worst of its kind. Where are the traffic lights? Can you people spend money evenjust for a couple of them at the very bussiest intersection in the city? Please Ms. Belen Fernandez, do something about it. Also, I want to mention that Dagupan's air is deadly. It is polluted. How can you live like that? Does anyone care? I was there this summer and I was disappointed. I always loved Dagupan, but I think that the city is going to an opposite direction if our elected officials don't live up to their promises before they got their job. Did any of you guys thought about 'RECYCLING?'IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA if its implemented. Open a recycling plant. The city is going to make a lot of money from it. Other than I am still proud to be a part of this city. Make changes now before its too late. As for Ms. Fernandez, any thoughts of opening up a Magic Club branch in Lingayen? pEOPLE NEED IT. I'm serving in the United States Navy and stationed in Japan. It's great to read anything about Pangasinan, especially we haven't been back home (pangasinan) for over 5 years now. Though I'm not from Dagupan, she has her own place in my heart for I spend 5 years in her finest educational institution, 4 years earning my Bachelor's Degree in University of Pangasinan and 1 yr. I believe that Dagupan City, the city where I grew up and enjoyed my youthful years with fun and frolic is not just a booming city but will become a megacity in the north. I would like to see how people who are now overseas can invest fruitfully that when they come back to the city, they not only appreciate the beauty of the city but also have something to get busy and can seomhow contribute to the growth of the city economically.

i went to school in U-Pang in 1973. I miss the kaleskesan in Perez. please e-mail me anytime regarding the improvements of the city. i have'nt been back since 1980.

My brother gave the address and misplaced. This is my first time to visit this website and really suprised with all the available informations. My last visit to my hometown (Dagupan City) was on Dec.1982. I dont have that many news back home because all of us are here in States now except relatives (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins)and friends/neighbors.
