When are the
peak hours? off-peak hours?
The peak hours
are from 7:00 a.m. until 6:59 p.m. every day. The
off-peak hours are from 7:00 p.m. up to 6:59 a.m.
of the following day.
How many hours
will I have if I use only 56k dialup
The first hour value printed on your
Nitro Prepaid Internet card is the number of hours
you will be able to use if you dial in exclusively
to 56k access lines. For example, on a
P100-denominated "3+2 hour" card, you will be able
to use up to three (3) hours if you dial in solely
to 56k access numbers.
What about if I
use only 33.6k dialup lines?
You will be
able to use the total number of hours printed on
your Nitro Prepaid Internet card if you dial in
exclusively to 33.6k access lines. For
example, on a P100-denominated "3+2 hour" card,
you will be able to use up to five (5) hours if
you dial in solely to 33.6k access
What if I use both 33.6k and
56k dialup lines?
Your free hours will be
prorated based on your 33.6k and 56k usage. For
the "3+2 hour" Internet card used in the previous
examples, you will be able to use more than three,
but less than five hours, depending on the exact
ratio of your 33.6k and 56k usage.
many extra hours will I have if I dial-in during
For access on both 33.6k
and 56k lines, you will be able to double your
hours by dialing-in during off-peak hours. For
example, if you use 56k lines exclusively but
limit your access to off-peak hours, your "3+2
hour" Internet card will provide you with six (6)
hours of usage at 56k. If you limit yourself to
using only 33.6k lines, and only during off-peak
hours, you will be able to use up to ten (10)

cases where your dial-in session starts and ends in
times with different charging rates, your usage
will be pro-rated. For example, if you dial in at
10:00 p.m. and log out at 3:00 a.m. your usage
will be one (1) hour at peak usage (from 10:00
p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) and four (4) hours at off-peak
usage (from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.)
off-peak usage is discounted 50%, your card will
be debited three (3) hours: 1 hour for peak usage,
and 2 hours for discounted off-peak usage,
assuming you dialed into a 56k access line. If you
used a 33.6k line in the above example, your card
would only be debited by 1 hour and 48 minutes
because 33.6k access is less costly than 56k

consumed all my hours while logged on?
