Bitstop has been classified as a 5-star Data Processing Equipment/Computer Service Center by the Department of Trade and Industry.  It is now also a Comptia corporate member and an A+ Authorized Service Center.

Bitstop's accreditations include:

HP Authorized Service Provider enabling its service engineers to claim the proper technical support and supply the necessary parts from Hewlett Packard.

IBM (ASC) Authorized Service Center so that we may assist IBM clients with their support requests.

Epson Service Provider so that we may support Epson deskjet and dot matrix printers.

Bitstop is also a preferred partner of Manila-based companies who need assistance and technical support for their branches in Region 1 and Region 5.
