The Virgen Milagrosa University
Foundation (VMUF) in San Carlos City and the Kwang Yang College in Korea recently entered
into an agreement for their mutual cooperation and benefit.
The two educational institutions believe that mutual benefit can be derived from scholarly interaction, cultural interchange, cooperative research and other forms of academic collaboration as well as the possible student and staff exchanges.
Dr. Raymundo S. Bulosan, Jr., VMUF vice-president for academic affairs who represented VMUF Prsident Ma. Lilia P. Juan and Kwang Yang College President Lee Ho Jae signed the agreement in Korea last month. The signing was witnessed by Dr. Magdalena Jasmin of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) -- HBB
