To prepare the Province of Pangasinan for the
possible effects of the Y2K problem.

Schedule Line Crews on stand-by duty during the critical period to
respond to any system abnormalities. ·
Prepare all maintenance vehicles relay for dispatch. ·
Assignment of Point Persons to every Nerve Center within the District
to act on emergencies that may arise relative to the Y2K problem. |

OPERATION CENTER:
To ensure a close coordination with the member
sectors, the Task Force has set-up the MIS Office of the Provincial Government
as its Secretariat/Operation Center, complete with dedicated telecom facilities
(hotlines) and staff. The Center will start its full-blast operation on
December 16, 1999 to January 5, 2000. Moreover, the Center will be available on
a 24-hour operation during the roll-over period from December 31, 1999 to
January 02, 2000.
