EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 090-99

AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE

PANGASINAN PROVINCIAL Y2K TASK FORCE

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 070-99 dated August 10, 1999 consituted the Pangasinan Y2K Task Force Under The Provincial Disaster and Coordinating Council (PDCC);

WHEREAS, in a meeting of the members of the Pangasinan Y2K Task Force, it was decided to expand the composition of the Task Force;

WHEREAS, the rationale in expanding the composition of the Task Force is to strengthen its coordination with the Y2K critical sectors such as power, finance and telecommunications, and to establish a coordinative action plan with the municipal and city LGUs;

NOW THEREFORE, I, VICTOR E. AGBAYANI, Provincial Governor of Pangasinan and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend the composition of the Pangasinan Y2K Task Force to include the following as members of the Pangasinan Y2K Task Force:

1. Mr. Percival Zabala – Manager, Central Bank-Dagupan

2. Mr. Art delos Reyes – Manager, Digitel-Pangasinan

3. Mr. Gerardo D. Marquez, Jr. – Manager, PLDT-Pangasinan

4. Mr. Wilfredo B. Cu – Manager, NAPOCOR-Pangasinan

5. Ms. Melba Bravo – Provincial Officer, DILG-Pangasinan

6. Col. Oscar Randy Dauz – Camp Abat Reserve Command

So ordered this 29^th day of September 1999 at Lingayen, Pangasinan.
